WHAT IT IS

Build the Leader

Advance Academy is a six-month formation and coaching experience that equips Christian leaders to lead advancement faithfully and well. It is grounded in theology, strengthened by practice, and supported through consistent coaching.

This is not a course you watch and forget. It is a guided journey, built around your real work, your real team, and the calling in front of you. Leaders bring what they are carrying. We bring the framework, the coaching, and the accountability to help them carry it well.

Schools enroll one leader or several. Choose the track that fits the season, or move through all three.

Leaders in Christian schools and ministries are asked to master three worlds at once, their mission, their ministry, and the business that sustains both. Most are trained for the first two and left alone with the third. That's what keeps good organizations stuck.

WHY WE BUILD LEADERS

Nehemiah Led Before He Built

Nehemiah didn’t start with a wall. He started with a burden, a clear sense of what was broken and what God was calling him to do about it. Then he led. He cast the vision, aligned the people, secured the resources, and built the thing, finishing in fifty-two days against real opposition.

Advancement works the same way. The wall doesn’t go up because the work is busy. It goes up because someone is formed to lead it. Advance Academy builds that leader, so the work in front of your school gets built too.

Track one

Executive Leadership

Advancement rises and falls on leadership. This track equips heads of school, executive directors, and senior leaders to lead advancement with clarity, alignment, and long-term vision. Through focused coaching, leaders learn to set direction, align their teams, and carry the work with confidence rather than pressure.

track two

Development

Strong advancement runs on strong stewardship. This track forms development leaders through coaching that strengthens advancement leadership and deepens donor stewardship. Leaders move from managing tasks to building relationships, from chasing gifts to cultivating generosity that lasts.

TRACK THREE

Admissions

Enrollment is advancement too. This track builds a hospitality-driven admissions model that welcomes families well, guides them intentionally, and strengthens long-term retention through belonging and trust. Leaders learn to turn first contact into lasting commitment, and inquiries into families who stay.
