Most Christian schools operate in a constant state of fundraising survival mode. Events stack up. Communications are rushed. Staff juggle competing priorities. And because leaders rarely have the space to stop and plan, development work becomes reactive, exhausting, and increasingly ineffective.

Fundraising was never meant to function this way. ADVANCE exists to change the narrative.

The ADVANCE Gathering is a three-day experience designed for Heads of School, Board Members, and Development Directors who carry the responsibility of funding Christian education with integrity, clarity, and conviction.

With the majority of Christian schools facing a persistent tuition gap, development planning is no longer optional—it is mission-critical. ADVANCE creates the space leaders rarely have: time to step back, evaluate honestly, and build a clear, strategic path forward.

Participants engage in guided evaluation and practical planning to determine what is working, what needs refinement, and which efforts are no longer serving their mission or capacity. Rather than adding more activity, ADVANCE helps leaders focus their time and energy on what produces real impact.

What you will leave with:

  • Clear direction on what to continue, what to adjust, and what to stop

  • A realistic understanding of which efforts produce meaningful results—and which drain resources

  • Focused priorities that replace reactionary fundraising with intentional strategy

You will leave ADVANCE with direction, clarity, and confidence; not a list of ideas, but a plan you can move forward with.

At ADVANCE, you will also:

  • Learn from trusted development leaders with real-world experience in Christian schools

  • Engage in meaningful dialogue with peers facing similar challenges

  • Gain practical insight that strengthens advancement efforts for the year ahead

Attendance is complimentary.
You simply cover your travel and lodging. A hotel room block and additional details will be shared soon.

Each attendee receives a complimentary Advancement Evaluation and Report, which serves as the foundation for the planning work completed during the gathering.

Space is intentionally limited to preserve the depth of conversation and quality of experience.
